SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the high-voltage pulse devices and may be used in the chemical industry, in medicine, in agriculture, and also in the air conditioning installations, in the refrigeration equipment, etc. The ozonizer contains the high-voltage generator with its common lead grounded, the coaxially located internal earthed tubular electrode and the external helical electrode connected to the output of the high-voltage generator. Between the electrodes there is the dielectric barrier mounted, into which internal part the isolated current-carrying screen of the tubular form is inserted. The dielectric barrier consists of the coaxially alternating layers with the different dielectric permeability. The ratio of the values of the dielectric permeability of the neighboring layers makes 1,5-3, and the quantity of the layers is not regulated. The offered ozonizer possesses the high coefficient of efficiency, reliability, stability of the output operational characteristics, simplicity of the maintenance and the wide range of application.
